Introduction

Hello everyone, my name is Mark Murciano. I’m a student at Cypress Bay High School, currently enrolled in media studies AICE level. Currently we are working to develop a portfolio, and a greater understanding of the uses and portrayal  of media in our society, and the way it influences others. But that isn’t the overall purpose of this blog. My main goal for this blog is to be able to place my findings and express my opinions on research gathered over this time period to better myself and others under the influence of media. Media is a necessary evil that has haunted our society, and it sure wouldn’t hurt to find more information on it, and grasp a better understanding of it. Hence from that, I won't be placed under the harmful grasp of media, and its foul play by educating myself. Media is a strong tool for expressing oneself, especially if used wisely.
